My vision is to teach entrepreneurship and financial literacy to low- to moderate-income communities as it can lead to transformative change. By equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage their finances and develop entrepreneurial skills, I hope to build economic resilience and empower those in the low to moderate income communities to achieve long-term success.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated as an instructor comes naturally when I see a student who completes my entrepreneurship class go on to launch their business. It’s not just about teaching. It’s about witnessing the transformation of the community by this new economic development. It inspires me to keep improving my teaching approach. I would expand my impact within the low to moderate income communities by creating more opportunities for education, empowerment, and growth. I would enhance the curriculum by incorporating up-to-date industry practices relevant case studies and real world simulation to better equip participants. Offer specialized workshops led by industry professionals to give participants practical insights. Incorporating virtual learning tools to accommodate remote participants. Invest in modern technology.
