Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My parents inspire me in business. They came to the U.S. from India 50 years ago with limited money and a middle school education. Starting as motel housekeepers, they worked tirelessly, saving every penny to give their 5 kids a better life. Through resilience and sacrifice, they now own several successful businesses, showing me the value of hard work, perseverance, and family.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my goals and remembering why I started: to push myself out of my comfort zone, become more extroverted, gain financial independence, and challenge traditional Indian career expectations. Seeing the positive impact my work has on others and drawing inspiration from my family’s resilience keeps me driven. Staying connected to my purpose, setting small milestones, and celebrating progress along the way help me maintain momentum, even during challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d invest in scaling my business, enhancing marketing, and upgrading technology to reach a larger audience. I’d also use the funds to launch new opportunities, like a nonprofit to combat online and offline bullying and a self-growth conference for entrepreneurs and business owners, empowering them to grow personally and professionally while making a positive impact.
