Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is people. Learning, growing, exploring from those around me pushes me to continue to want to succeed. When people come together as a community, everything changes for the better. I watched my Mom start a business when I was young and that fueled me to do the same. I am constantly learning and evolving to try and make a difference no matter how big or small.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is constantly changing. Whether it's to show my kids the importance of hard work, whether it's to prove to myself that I can accomplish something great, or whether it's just having someone tell me that I changed their outlook for the better, my motivation never wavers.

What would you do with the $25,000?

As I am simultaneously working to take my travel concierge business to the next level by helping students get real life, hands on experiences, I also just launched a mom community to try and bring other moms together while sharing the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful, while also hopefully bringing some humor along the way. The money would be used to invest in both opportunities while continuing to try and support my family in the best way I know how.
