Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from seeing women rise above adversity to create thriving lives for themselves and their families. I admire the strength of women who turn their challenges into opportunities and use their success to uplift others. This has fueled my passion for building The Rose Project, which aims to empower women and children to escape domestic violence and start new chapters through entrepreneurship and community support.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my three children and my desire to build a legacy of hope and empowerment. I stay focused by leaning into my faith, celebrating small victories, and reminding myself of the lives I aim to impact through The Rose Project. Each step forward, no matter how small, strengthens my resolve to help others find safety, independence, and purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would dedicate the $25,000 to launching The Rose Project, a nonprofit mission to help women and children escape domestic violence and rebuild their lives. By partnering with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to provide temporary housing and connecting families with local resources, this project would offer women a fresh start and the tools to achieve financial independence. It’s a vision I’ve had since 2023, and this funding would finally bring it to life.
