Learn MoreMy inspiration is the change I see in our recipients once they are placed with their dog. There is no greater feeling than when you see the final result of pairing handler and dog and watching the change in both of them. This is absolutely the best thing we can do to help reduce their anxiety and PTSD and thereby reduce the suicidal ideations among our veterans and first responders.
How do you stay motivated?The motivation is actually the easiest part of all of this. Knowing what a difference we have made in the lives of the veterans and first responders who have received one of our dogs keeps me moving to help even more.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay for puppies and training so that the Forgotten Coast K9 mission could continue.
