Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As an Iraqi war veteran, survivor of gang violence, and a man of deep faith, I built a thriving business after service, inspired by the stories of great business leaders. With no support, i defied the odds, turning hardship into motivation. My journey is a testament to resilience, self-education, and unwavering belief in God, inspiring others to overcome adversity, pursue their dreams, and create a legacy of success through determination and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

As a resident in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, I maintain my motivation through a combination of personal faith, community involvement, and a commitment to continuous learning. By actively participating in local events, engaging with my church, and setting clear personal and professional goals, i fosters a sense of purpose and direction. This holistic approach enables me to stay driven and focused in various aspects of his life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Under my company Ubcruit, my focus would be directed towards the following strategies: 1. Skill Development Programs: Use part of the funds to offer free or low-cost job readiness workshops or career training sessions for underserved communities. 2. Community Hiring Initiatives: Create an outreach program to recruit and mentor individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. Next, I’ll focus on implementing AI technologies to further strengthen our position in the marketplace.
