All of the times I felt like I didn’t belong… it created an internal narrative that was not kind or helpful. I needed to pivot (PIVOT! Lol) both personally and professionally. There were some really dark times…but if I can make life changes, so can others! All of my previous jobs/careers led to this…and finally in my 50’s, I was hired to be me 🙂‍↔️ And guess what, I’m REALLY good at it!

I coach and train staff at the hospital (I’m an RN in charge of Patient Experience) and when they tell me that my words, story or advice helped them - it fills my cup ❤️ So my Unbound podcast is all about relatable, human topics that inspire and motivate others to take risks. I also have MS…the Unbound Kitchen is new and was created to compliment my podcast because so much of how we feel physically and emotionally - is connected to what we eat!

My initial thought is when you receive something like that, you pay it forward…. Someway, somehow. And that's exactly what Unbound is about - helping others discover how to be the best possible versions of themselves! And I would look to Daymond John to advise me on how to utilize that money to take Unbound to the next level…giddy up!
