My inspiration came from my own Dark night of the soul. I healed addiction, anxiety and depression. God had bigger plans for me as I had 2 attempts to die by suicide.
How do you stay motivated?By maintaining my wellness daily through meditation, journaling, yoga, plant based eating, and emotional intelligence. Knowing that if I love myself, it naturally inspires others to do the same!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to build The Soul Healers Community Retreat center. A place for soul healing, health and connection.
