How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes from constantly seeking growth and inspiration. I follow those with more experience on social media, read articles, and pursue ongoing education to deepen my knowledge. Seeing a client hit a goal and feel proud of themselves is one of the greatest motivators. Their drive and excitement fuel my own passion, reminding me why I love what I do and pushing me to keep learning and showing up at my best.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d love to hire a business coach and get help with SEO and social media to grow my reach. I also dream of building a women’s initiative (so help with real estate, business taxes, etc.)—a collaborative space with experts in wellness. It would combine Pilates, perimenopause coaching, pelvic floor health, acupuncture, massage, yoga, and retreats. A holistic hub "Animi, Inicio, Sanitas (Mindful Inspired Health) could empower women to thrive in every aspect of their lives.
