Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my journey of overcoming adversity and keeping my dad’s memory alive. Losing him at 16, a craftsman who built homes and helped shape my passion for real estate, left a profound impact on me. Turning my life around after personal struggles and adversity showed me the power of resilience and hope. Real estate inspires me because it allows me to help others find their place to thrive, create memories, and build their futures, just as I've built for myself

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my faith and spiritual life, which ground me and keep me focused on the bigger picture. Daily prayer and trusting in God’s plan reminds me that every challenge has a purpose. My faith fuels my determination to serve others and make a meaningful impact. By focusing on the lives I can touch through my work and keeping my purpose at the forefront, I stay inspired to overcome obstacles and continue growing personally and professionally.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in initiatives that empower others, especially first-time homebuyers. I’d host educational seminars on the importance of owning and investing in real estate, helping people understand how it can build long-term wealth and stability. I’d also create a program to guide individuals facing adversity into real estate careers, providing mentorship and resources to help them get started. I’d also allocate funds toward targeted marketing to expand my reach and impact.
