Building something impactful while empowering others to thrive keeps me inspired every day.

Believing in a greater purpose and starting each day with gratitude and determination keeps me focused and driven. Embracing challenges as opportunities and celebrating small wins along the way help fuel my inner motivation to keep pushing forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 prize to further develop my leadership skills and invest in OnSite Heat & Air, the HVAC company I co-own. The funds would enhance our employee training programs, empowering our team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth. Additionally, I would invest in growing my marketing venture, creating innovative strategies and tools to help other businesses build their brands and achieve their goals.
