My inspiration in business is the culture and resilience of my hometown, Detroit. Growing up surrounded by creativity, music, and a spirit of perseverance shaped my vision. I’m also inspired by pioneers who turned their passions into movements, blending style with purpose. I draw motivation from the communities I serve and from building something that fosters connection and individuality. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness and achieve excellence.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose and the impact I want to make. Seeing how my work resonates with people and builds a sense of community drives me. I also set clear goals and celebrate milestones, big or small. Surrounding myself with creativity, continuous learning, and reminders of how far I've come keeps me energized. Most importantly, I remember my "why"—to inspire others, honor my roots, and create something meaningful that lasts.

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding Top Notch NME’s digital presence, upgrading production, and launching impactful marketing campaigns to reach a broader audience. I’d create exclusive product lines, including limited-edition collaborations that reflect the brand's identity.
