Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspirations in business are my clients and knowing I’m living in my God ordained purpose. When I say my clients I'm referring not only to their potential but also the transformation we get to see them experience in real time. This coupled with the assurance I have that I was created for this work are the driving factors that on my hardest days don't allow me to quiet or walk away. Truth is Entrepreneurship is hard but living life unfulfilled is harder and I’m never going back!

How do you stay motivated?

For me staying motivated begins with self-awareness and reflection. By way of self-awareness I can check-in with myself and see what/how I’m feeling as a business owner. This assessment allows me to spot any burnout or exhaustion indicators. If there are none, I lean in to watching movies like Jingle Jangle or Flamin’ Hot. Intentional reflection as well as meditating on Gods word allows me to recall my God given assignment, the impact already made, and goals previously accomplished.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25K to reach more people and build an overall larger program for greater impact. These areas would consist of professional development, onboarding a contracted graphic designer and PRN assistant, a photo shoot and an updated visual suite, and website. Additionally, funds will be set aside for marketing, new equipment like box lights, device stands, and a laptop. This funding would help me greatly to facilitate a less stressful transition from 1 to 1 to 1 to many model!
