Their journeys remind me that success is about perseverance, strategic growth, and always delivering value to those you serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting clear goals and reminding myself why I started. Helping women with hair care and empowering creators keeps me going, especially when I see the impact of my work. I celebrate small wins, stay adaptable, and constantly learn to keep growing. Surrounding myself with like-minded entrepreneurs and seeing my customers and students succeed fuels my drive. Knowing that what I do makes a difference is what keeps me pushing forward every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win Entrepreneur of Impact and receive $25,000, I’d invest in scaling Elite Hair Care USA by enhancing product development, increasing our ad spend, and expanding marketing efforts. This would allow me to reach more women struggling with hair loss and provide them with high-quality, effective solutions. I’d also improve digital content and advertising to grow brand awareness, ensuring more women get the help they need to restore their confidence through healthy hair.
