Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Counseling 360, LLC, was inspired by my desire to providing holistic, evidence-based, and culturally competent mental health support for women from BIPOC and marginalized communities. My vision reflects a deep commitment to addressing the unique needs of women, including trauma, parenting, workplace stress, self-esteem issues, and sobriety.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my passion for making meaningful change and setting a positive example for others who aspire to create a better world. Knowing that my efforts can inspire and empower others drives me to keep pushing forward and remain committed to my mission.

With $25,000, I would strategically invest in growing Counseling 360, LLC by expanding our services, enhancing marketing, upgrading our infrastructure, and providing professional development opportunities. Additionally, I would prioritize hiring clinicians from diverse cultural backgrounds to further our DEI efforts, ensuring we provide culturally competent care that reflects the communities we serve. These steps would help us make a greater impact while staying true to our mission.
