Mindfulness practices were my lifeline during a prolonged battle with depression and anxiety, sparking a profound personal transformation. This journey inspired me to establish the SoulTech Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through education and community events, we empower individuals to cultivate resilience, embrace mindfulness, and achieve holistic health.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact of my work and the lives I can help transform. Seeing the positive changes in people who embrace mindfulness and spiritual practices fuels my passion. I also find inspiration in personal growth, continually learning, and connecting with a community of like-minded individuals. The belief that each step forward brings us closer to a healthier, more conscious world keeps me driven, even during challenging times.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win, the funds will enable the SoulTech Foundation to launch and market our first AI-led courses designed to teach higher consciousness, mindfulness, and secular spiritual practices. These courses will specifically target underserved communities, providing them with valuable tools for mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This support will help us expand our reach, foster personal growth, and promote mental health in communities that need it most.
