Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The Who: My inspiration for my business is the population that I serve. These (Persons Served) as we call them are the ID/DD (Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled) population and the caring people who choose to serve them. The What: Many of these Persons that I work for would like to gain full time employment. I'd like to make it happen my way. Many want work but are not getting it. I saw the vision, wrote it down, now I'd like to see it through to fruition.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by knowing that I was created for a purpose. I know my creator created me to create as I have many creations, and often told by my mother: "You're sitting on an EMPIRE!" I know that I am and I know it's time to move on it. These things did not come in my mind to create on my own. What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be used to finally be able to get a good Trademark Lawyer to Trademark and register my brand name and Logo which I've already created. Trademarks are expensive, this is one reason I'm at a standstill now. I will then create a website with the merch for/by my Persons Served. From there, I will give back by purchasing the necessary products so that they become gainfully employed right where they are, being trained by their current advocates. *Coming to a CDS Program near you.
