My inspiration in business is Oprah Winfrey, a true entrepreneur and leader. Her ability to build a media empire, inspire millions, and create opportunities for others is truly admirable. Her philanthropic efforts and commitment to empowering women and minority-owned businesses resonate deeply with me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting clear goals, celebrating small wins, and surrounding myself with positive influencers. I also prioritize self-care, meditation, and continuous learning to stay inspired and focused. Reminding myself of my 'why' and the impact I want to make in my business and community also keeps me driven and motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would utilize the $25,000 to expand my business, SENYC Consulting. Specifically, I would invest in marketing and branding initiatives to increase visibility and reach new clients. Additionally, I would allocate funds to develop strategic partnerships and support community initiatives, including helping to build out the training academy Cognition Institute of Charles H. Fountain Sr and Memorial Academy for Retired State Trooper Greg Reives of Maywood, IL who attended Proviso East.
