Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is a man named Ferren, who owns a private jet charter company in Colorado. He is the one who believed in me, and gave me my first job. Today, he is somewhat of a competitor, and he’s perfectly fine with that!

How do you stay motivated?

Being a woman in aviation is incredibly challenging. My competitors drive me to keep pushing forward. Those who try to break me down only fuel my determination. The people who doubt me inspire me to prove them wrong. Every bit of negativity and every challenge motivates me to create something even better. But the greatest motivation comes from my returning clients.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000 for zurajet, I’d focus on: 1) Market Research (10%) – Validate the idea and target audience. 2) Branding & Marketing (25%) – Build a strong brand and run digital campaigns. 3) Product Development (30%) – finishing the creation of my App 4) Operations (20%) – Cover essential setup costs like licenses and tools. 5) Customer Acquisition (10%) – Attract and retain initial clients. 6) Emergency Fund (5%) –
