My inspiration in business is the journey of self-made leaders who built their success through resilience, innovation, and impact. People like Rich Paul, who disrupted the sports agency industry with authenticity and boldness, inspire me to lead with confidence and creativity. I’m also inspired by athletes and entrepreneurs who overcome challenges and stay committed to growth, reminding me that passion, hard work, and building genuine relationships are key to lasting success.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose and the bigger picture of what I want to achieve. Seeing the progress of the players I represent and the growth of MOL Sports reminds me why I started this journey. I also draw strength from challenges, viewing them as opportunities to learn and improve. Celebrating small wins, staying connected to my team, and remembering the sacrifices I’ve made to get here keep me pushing forward, even when things get tough.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in building MOL Sports by enhancing our scouting and recruiting capabilities, expanding our media team to showcase players, and creating stronger partnerships with colleges and international teams. A portion would go toward professional development and networking opportunities, like attending showcases and industry events, to open new doors. This funding would help us scale and provide more opportunities for athletes to succeed on and off the court.
