Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am a mom to 3 beautiful children, but it wasn't without some struggle, and I became very passionate about limiting toxins in my world to optimize my and my family's health. I found it to be challenging, confusing, and downright exhausting. I just knew there had to be a better way, and so I launched Free Living Co where we vet every ingredient and life-test every product. I am incredibly passionate about helping people limit toxins in their world, to promote health and well-being.

How do you stay motivated?

After 24 years of full-time work, this is the first job that I absolutely LOVE. Sure, there are facets that aren't as fun as others, but I know I'm making an impact on small and large scales, and that keeps me charging forward. I am very engaged in health and wellness and I infuse my life with as many tactics as I can, from nutrition to exercise, hot/cold therapy, getting outside, meditation, etc. & all of those things help too. What would you do with the $25,000?

While curating the Free Living Co marketplace, I found gaps in the market where the products didn't meet my standards, so I am producing them! The $25,000 would go towards the first Made Safe Certified, a sustainably packaged skincare line for young women, AND a clean fragrance line for young men. It would be an honor to be your entrepreneur of impact, and I commit to continuing to impact the consumer goods industry with products that are good for humans and the earth.
