My inspiration stems from personal adversity. Following a challenging pregnancy during the pandemic, grappling with postpartum depression, and experiencing the profound grief of losing both my father and father-in-law within a year, I witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of these events on my mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This deeply personal journey ignited a fierce commitment to empower others to cultivate mindfulness.

I am a natural achiever, and once I have set a goal for myself, I have the mentality that whatever I want, I will obtain—the feedback and support I receive from my clients and others keep me motivated. After writing my first book and obtaining the certification and hypnotherapy, I started building a community online of like-minded people who desire a holistic, healthy life. This keeps me motivated because I know some people value what I offer.

Expand Accessibility: A portion would be allocated towards creating free or subsidized coaching sessions for underserved communities. Develop Educational Resources: I'd invest in creating high-quality educational resources, such as online courses and workshops. Enhance Client Experience: The grant would also enable me to invest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to enhance the client experience, further personalize treatment plans, and develop workplace wellness programs and retreats.
