Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my experiences and the people I work with. I know what it feels like to work toward someone else’s dream and feel unfulfilled, which is why I’m grateful to now channel my energy into building a business that aligns with my values. That gratitude drives me, even through challenges. I've also learned the power of collaboration. I once thought I had to do everything myself, but working with a team now inspires me and keeps me striving for more.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing my work truly impacts my clients’ lives. There is something deeply rewarding about helping others and knowing their day is easier because of our support. Many of our clients are solopreneurs, juggling countless responsibilities. Being someone they can collaborate with, share ideas, and rely on to help achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing their growth and success reminds me why I do what I do, and it inspires me to keep pushing forward

What would you do with the $25,000?

I have big goals for The Optimized RD and aim to become a leader in the dietetics space, providing support to registered dietitians who run their own businesses. The nutrition and dietetics industry is growing rapidly, and there is so much potential for growth and success. With the $25,000, I would invest directly into my business and team by upgrading our software and tools. This would allow us to better serve our clients and provide the best possible support to my team as we continue to grow.
