Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in Business stems from Passion for growth, Freedom of independence, role models like my father and multiple successful entrepreneurs I look up to, overcoming challenges and overall making a difference and creating a legacy. As a serial Business owner and professional barber I enjoy the community impact, entrepreneurial spirit, connecting with the people, and passion for style and grooming.

How do you stay motivated?

My family. I have twin children and a wife of 6 years. I try to celebrate my small wins(my wife reminds me of that always). My customers play a big part as well. Without them my business would not be possible. I stay structured with my time and task. Always remind myself of WHY I started. Last but not least I try to keep learning.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I was chosen to receive the 25000. I would use it to invest into my barbershop location. My barbershop Groomology Barber & Beauty is a lease at the moment and I am on the road to purchase a location to relocate. The 25,000 would be for some renovation if needed on the new place, emergency funds of operating cost or marketing. If I found a place I purchase that is turn key, the 25,000 would definitely be used in marketing/Branding of the new location and operating nest egg.
