How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by prioritizing personal well-being and nurturing connections outside of work. I am a praying woman with a strong spiritual community that keeps me grounded and accountable, enabling her to show up fully for those I serves. I value moments of stillness through mindfulness, self-care practices like sound baths, and creative outlets. I find joy in spending time with loved ones and exploring new skills, such as tap dancing and juicing, to stay inspired.

What would you do with the $25,000?

To elevate my therapeutic preschool. Allocate $12K for facility upgrades like sensory rooms, outdoor play areas, and eco-friendly materials. Spend $5K on marketing, including community events and social media campaigns. Dedicate $6K to hiring and training staff in therapeutic techniques. Use $1K for proton services. Invest $1K in parent engagement programs like mindfulness workshops to integrate healing at home.
