Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is my family. I have seen many visionaries not live up to their full potential. I've seen a lot struggling, on both sides of my family. The struggles I have seen my mother and father go through growing up have always motivated me to change my life for the better. Changing my life is bigger than gaining wealth or material things. It's about putting to good use the intelligence God gave me and using my God-given gifts to not only elevate but to inspire.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by being very particular about how I use my time. As a wife, business owner, and someone who still works a 9-5, I don't have much time to waste. Surrounding myself with people who spend their time wisely, and people who are go-getters always keeps me motivated. I also like to limit mindless scrolling and partaking in too much social media. Instead, I do intentional scrolling, partaking in information, and connecting with others who align with where I want to be.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I’d invest in real estate and my skincare business to leverage these opportunities for long-term growth. This would allow me to expand both ventures strategically. I’d also greatly value the mentorship that comes with being selected, as I believe in seeking wise counsel to guide my decisions and ensure I’m on the right path. This support would be invaluable as I work to scale my businesses effectively.
