With $25,000, I would offer trauma-informed training free to 25 leaders, empowering them to create workplaces rooted in psychological safety. These funds would ensure leaders without training budgets can access tools to transform their organizations, fostering safety, trust, and resilience. This investment would improve staff well-being, shift workplace cultures, and promote lasting, positive change—ensuring all leaders can build supportive, thriving environments.
