How do you stay motivated?

What motivates me is transforming lives by discovering God-given talents. As a Senior Talent Acquisition leader for over 25 years PEOPLE are my passion! Social media is the new currency and if job seekers don't seize the opportunity to dominate this digital landscape they risk becoming obsolete. My company at scale will be positioned to partner with individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to understand how to go from resistance to resilience in building their brand.
