How do you stay motivated?I’m always motivated. Staying disciplined is more of a hardship. Discipline and consistency are more important to me than motivation. I will always be motivated. I set strict boundaries to stay focused, disciplined and consistent.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest in marketing for my real estate brokerage. Pay the lease on new office space for at least 6 months and get a new laptop.
