From my mom and grandparents to my Fiance and our two kids and one heavenly daughter, I feel the call and purpose to make a difference within others and for others. My firm aims to provide professional consulting and key services to individuals and organizations for a transformative experience. How do you stay motivated?

Faith. Family. Future. My motivation is steeped in wanting to help create better belonging and inclusiveness for all people and organizations throughout the world. It’s important for people’s humanity and work to be seen, valued, and respected throughout their organization. It’s not always easy to figure out how to do that so we are here to not just tell you how and why it’s important but partner with you to show you exactly how too!

What would you do with the $25,000?

It would be an incredible blessing. This financial blessing would better position The DM Signature Experience to achieve steps in our organizational plan to grow closer to hire support staff and interns, expand and elevate our international reach, be able to increase offer in kind sponsorship in donated services to clients in needs, and most importantly accomplish our two years goal to establish three to five The DMSE scholarships to award to future college students and/or young entrepreneurs.
