I have had a passion for food since I was a little girl. I would always walk in the kitchen to help my grandma, mother, & father when they would cook. When I was 17, my dad told me to start my restaurant but decided to go to college with the aspiration of becoming a Physical Therapist. I discovered that was not my true passion throughout my journey and graduated in 2021 with my B.S. in Kinesiology. Serving others & unity are my love languages. Cooking gives me the ability to do so.
How do you stay motivated?Myself and my family is my motivation. I have seen my parents run their own business since I was born. All the sacrifices they have made for me I want to be able to take care of them. My city is my motivation; I want to be able to make a change and give back to the community.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open up my dream food truck with my winnings. This would help fund the truck’s customization, equipment, inventory,& operational licensing.
