Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The people I have served in all of my communities as a property manager and now a family service advisor. Everywhere I go, people need space to grieve and release.

How do you stay motivated?

I see death everyday. My motivation comes from knowing quite literally that any and all of us will go one day. We have an obligation to help the generation after us and give them a fighting chance at life and healing is necessary to persevere.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to fund my show Good Grief: A show about finding the good in the situations that tend to linger and cause us the most pain. I have a tree house that I rent for interviews and I would use the funds to keep the space, edit content and build community. $25,000 is enough for me to offer this service and produce my show for a calendar year and produce 52 episodes.
