My inspiration in business is rooted in the power of community—intentional, supportive, and empowering. I am driven by the desire to uplift those around me and create opportunities for individuals who look like me to thrive. By fostering an environment where people can become the best versions of themselves, I aim to inspire others to facilitate change in their unique and impactful ways, creating a ripple effect of positive transformation.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the people around me and the impact we create. Since founding BE Impactful, both a close friend and family member have started their own nonprofits, inspired by my journey, which fuels my drive to keep going because I know my community is watching. Additionally, seeing the gratitude and need expressed by community members at our events reminds me of the importance of our work. Their appreciation motivates me to do more, grow, and amplify our impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand BE Impactful's initiatives, including community libraries, wellness events, and educational programs, while enhancing our reach into other communities. These funds would allow us to provide more resources for underserved areas, support key projects like our Back-to-School Drive and holiday programs, and empower individuals to create lasting change. This investment would amplify our mission of intentional, community-driven impact.
