Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As a passionate beautypreneur with a mission to reach, teach and enhance young women’s beauty lifestyles, my inspiration stems from understanding beauty is not just skin deep. Beauty is intertwined with mental health, pure confidence and strong spiritual grounding. I recognized that young women are bombarded with external pressures from social media, societal expectations and unrealistic beauty standards. My desire is in empowering them to reclaim and know their worth beyond opinions!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my why and God’s daily supplication. I can’t accomplish nor sustain the vision in my own strength, so I depend heavily on God’s daily word, grace & encouragement. I remind myself daily that HiBeyoute is not about me; it is about the transformations of the young women I am appointed to reach, teach and enhance. I document my journey as a motivational reminder that God has entrusted me to build something great, transformative and effective!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the grant into enhancing HiBeyoute’s brand identity, product & marketing development and legal duties. Investing in the brand’s identity, mission and appearance will help our customers identify the brand which builds solid trust and relationship. Providing tailor made products and effective services is essential to HiBeyoute’s growth. Lastly, i’ll invest in legal set up and protection. Legal organization is a key component to HiBeyoute’s legacy!
