Lack of leadership, culture...DM Consulting embodies my commitment to building robust commercial strategies and sales organizations for emerging companies coming up to market. Leveraging 25 years of commercial acumen, my approach is strategic, customer-focused, and grounded in building relationships that propel businesses forward in the competitive biotech landscape. I am passionate about turning scientific innovation into market success and being with our clients throughout their long journey.

How do you stay motivated?

It's a combination of different factors. I have some good habits, I stay focused on my goals (short and long term), I have a different mindset then others, I love to network and learn something new every day, I like helping others whenever I can, I block all the noise and lean into things that are important to me and my family. I like to take mental breaks and re-focus. Staying healthy and exercising is a great part of how I stay motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest all of it in my business and branding. Im also publishing a book this summer. It will be very helpful as we are establishing our ground in the market and growing our clientele.
