Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

What inspires me is my community! I'm a huge advocate for bringing opportunities, knowledge, resources, and self care experiences to the community. I remember growing up and seeing the disadvantages, mentally and physically. I knew that I wanted to help in some way. So, I created A Place of Zen. A spa catering everything from self care services like massages or nails and knowledgeable opportunities like bringing in others teach people about real estate or learning how to invest.

How do you stay motivated?

It's my calling and I can't run from it. When I fulfill the duties God has delivered to me. It makes it easy to want to do even more. Hearing the stories and experiences on how we have helped people in every walk. It gives us the fullness we desire.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would the 25k to purchase a dry floatation bed and advertisement. Currently, revamping the website to create better systems and I know once we make the changes, we will attract some people but marketing is huge focus this year. I also recognize the need of more relaxation and with the dry floatation device, it will fulfill that need. It's designed for people that deal with chronic pain and having this device in the area is great for us.
