Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Family, tradition, and legacy inspire me. Brittle is a 63-year-old family tradition, it was made every holiday for loved ones, family, and friends. In 2020, I inherited this tradition amid my parents’ failing health. Orders began pouring in. My Dad was terminally ill, and during his transition, he asked me to forgive him, his desire was to leave a legacy. I assured him he had—not knowing this brittle would be his legacy, and I carry it forward with love and purpose. Redemptive plan

How do you stay motivated?

My parents’ love and generosity fuel my purpose; that spirit is now in me. Though unplanned, I’ve embraced this God-ordained destiny. At almost 72 years old, I feel energized and inspired to fulfill a mission bigger than myself. Brittle evokes nostalgia, sparking memories and joy for others. Seeing these moments motivates me to give back by creating jobs, inspiring hope and impacting lives. Papa’s is more than brittle; it’s a legacy of love, tradition, and purpose. JOBS!

What would you do with the $25,000?

My mantra for 2025 is “Thrive in 2025,” a year of exponential growth. The $25,000 would be fully invested in marketing and branding to scale the business. With an award-winning product and global exposure at events like the NFL Draft, Detroit Auto Show, NRA, NGA, and Sweet & Snacks Expo, I'm poised for growth.
