Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from a deep desire to create meaningful change. I’m driven by the belief that education, innovation & holistic approaches to health can unlock human potential, transform lives, solve real-world challenges & build a healthier society. Inspired by colleagues, mentors, children & my work as a physician, parent & educator, I strive to use creativity & resilience to inspire others & bring new Ed Tech approaches for overall better health.

How do you stay motivated?

Urgency to make a difference. Losing loved ones reminds me daily, that life is short. Meaningful work matters. My children-and all children-inspire me daily: like flowers, they need constant care & nurturing to flourish. Mentoring students into college, medical school & careers fuels my passion, as does supporting gifted minds & those with disabilities. Seeing how my team’s innovation, education & health initiatives transform lives is my greatest motivator.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest in Indelible Learning team & amplify efforts to reach more people & mentor the next generation. Bring our transformative programs— Election Lab Online & learning tools for better sleep, nutrition, hand hygiene & others—to more students, including gifted learners & those with disabilities. By reaching more learners, further promote healthier communities, foster civic engagement & create lasting changes for healthier lives. Making impact that matters.
