What inspires me most is the potential to create lasting, meaningful change. How do you stay motivated?

What motivates me most is never going back to the mindset I had in being comfortable in the penitentiary. I remind myself of how far I’ve come, reflecting on my personal triumphs and the resilience I’ve built. I stay focused on my long-term goals, breaking them into achievable steps and celebrating each milestone. Relying on the support of mentors, learning from setbacks, and continually visualizing the positive impact I can create helps keep me on track and moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I’d invest in building a post-incarceration support facility, equipping individuals with the resources and tools needed for a successful reentry into society.
