Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My Family is my inspiration. Our family never had generational wealth or self made family members to create opportunities for others. My grandparents worked hard as well as my parents receiving checks but being undervalued and over worked. I want to create legacy and opportunity for my children and grandchildren to pass on to help contribute to the success of there kids by providing jobs and opportunities to become there own boss. My Family is my inspiration.

How do you stay motivated?

By staying humble and Hungry for whatever is next on endeavors and opportunity. As a young African American I was told that I could not own a business or even stay in business long because of the odds that were against me. So I'm motivated to have employees that I can provide paychecks for and there own family also. Motivated to keep producing top notch quality products that provide a solution to there business needs. Faith, Health and determination keeps me motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put the $25,000 into my own manufacturing company adding updated tools and small equipment pieces to enhance and improve labor procedures. Covid had hurt sales so we were not able to produce efficiently with the margins I needed to update my machinery. This would help to increase labor on a few processes.
