Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I was 17 , spent time in Mexico on a Culinary Expedition and had the Serrano pepper, it was super flavorful and spicy. As a child I was not a fan of Mac N Cheese growing up, but I’d eat my mom’s recipe. Then during a season of my life(2017), I worked at the KC Chiefs practice facility and my Chef at the time asked me to make Cheesy Corn, it was so good! How do you stay motivated?

I am reminded each day, that the next is not promised. When my grandmother passed away she said there were things that she never got to do. That lit this spark in me to NEVER STOP. Since then quitting has never been an option. I have seen this concept generate $500k in its first year, I fell once, and now recreating it has been a process, but it is already showing promise.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 I would use as operation funds to continue my current business as we press through the winter, and the goal will be to open a lone brick and mortar. $25,000 would be allotted for Labor, Marketing/Social Media, and other Variable cost/goods necessary to operate and continue growing.
