Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Growing up, with my father being an Olympian, I had the mindset that good wasn't enough; the goal was to be exceptional. That drove me to want to be the best, whether it was on the field as an athlete or in the classroom. Competing at a high level taught me resilience, discipline, and how to think three steps ahead. Skills that eventually shaped my approach to business. When I transitioned from baseball to entrepreneurship, I realized my passion for creating something lasting and meaningful.

How do you stay motivated?

What drives me every day is the pursuit of excellence. Every rug we create is a blend of artistry, precision, and passion, made for people who demand the best. For me it's more than a business; it's a legacy. it's about building something bigger than myself while staying true to my principles: integrity, quality and professional relationships.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would focus on scaling my business by investing in areas that will make the greatest impact. I'd expand my digital presence by refining my website, running targeted ad campaigns, and producing high-quality content to reach more customers. Another portion of the funds would go toward optimizing production in my factory to streamline operations.
