Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I find my inspiration in the incredible strength of my late grandmother, Bigma Minnie. By naming Einnim after her, I encourage myself each day to grow into the powerhouse I aspire to be, one that would make her proud!

How do you stay motivated?

If you know me, you know I "can't stop, won't stop!" Growing up in a family of inspiring, strong women taught me how much I can achieve. You’ll find photos of Bigma and Bigdaddy sprinkled throughout my store, and whenever I feel a bit defeated, those pictures light a fire within me! I’m so determined to create something beautiful that will spread joy and happiness to everyone around me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Do you ever feel like you're so close you can almost taste it? That's exactly how I feel every day! I've had quite a journey over the past two years, which has made it a bit challenging to provide the business with the financial support it needs. This $25,000 would be a huge help for my upcoming move to a larger, more affordable studio space in the spring (Tentative: April 2025). It would make a world of difference as I purchase supplies for large events and wholesale orders!
