Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my mental health journey and a belief in the power of diverse success. I want to create spaces where everyone, especially neurodivergent youth, can thrive by embracing their unique strengths. Volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club showed me how small encouragements unlock potential. I’m also inspired by success earned through hard work and perseverance.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by believing life is more than living for the weekend. True fulfillment comes from aligning passions with strengths. My mental health struggles taught me that success isn’t about fitting in, but embracing our true selves. I am driven to inspire younger generations facing similar challenges to persevere, recognizing that our struggles can become the foundation for our greatest achievements. Embracing our differences is not a flaw; it can be an asset.

With Layover (layovergo.com), I'm turning airport time into a fun, social, and stress-free experience. Funding will drive user growth, enhance the app, and support my mentorship program.
