Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Al Eby, a Yolo County businessman who’s done almost every type of business, inspired me to start my own. He’s the go-to for networking, advice, and connections. By 25, I’d worked in sales, social media, and even built a simple site for a business, which sparked my passion for helping small businesses. Al saw my drive, mentored me, and encouraged me to start my own. Now, 2.5 years later, we’re still growing, and I’m determined to keep learning and excelling!

How do you stay motivated?

You won’t always be motivated, so create dedication. I stay inspired by surrounding myself with like-minded people and allowing my mind at least one rest day to recharge from the mental and physical demands of this work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 is a lot, and I’d use it to grow my business—upgrading to new camera and videography equipment, staying current with the latest iPhone, and investing in Adobe programs to improve my skills. I’d also work with Daymond John for guidance and explore ways to help others in my community. I’ve been training two young women to grow their own businesses, and I’m exploring the idea of creating an agency to teach social media and website design.
