Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My mom and family are the heartbeat of everything I do. When we immigrated to the U.S., my mom worked in childcare, demonstrating an unmatched work ethic and the courage to build a better future from the ground up. Her commitment to nurturing others while navigating the challenges of a new country taught me the value of service and perseverance. Today, I carry her legacy forward, ensuring my work creates opportunities, builds community, and makes a lasting impact, just as she did for our family.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my ‘why’—my family, their sacrifices, and my love for the children I work with every day. Seeing their growth, joy, and potential inspires me to keep pushing forward. The difference I make in their lives fuels my passion, and every challenge becomes an opportunity to create a brighter future for them and the community I serve.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest 100% of the $25,000 into our center to create a truly transformative learning environment. Funds would go toward facility upgrades, innovative learning tools, and expanding access to advanced educational programs. I’d establish an emergency tuition fund to help families in crisis and invest in staff development, ensuring our educators can deliver exceptional care and education. This investment would create lasting benefits for our children, families, and community.
