Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My culinary journey began at a young age, inspired by his grandmother's delectable recipes. After his mother's untimely demise, Eric sought solace in his grandparents' embrace and later enrolled in a culinary school in Puerto Rico. With most of his professional life immersed in the hospitality industry. Eric honed his skills and refined his techniques to create unique and sophisticated dishes that epitomize the essence of his Latino heritage and opened Marinas in honor of his mom.

How do you stay motivated?

Carrying my mother's legacy and giving people a great dining experience keeps me motivated. Opening Marinas in uptown and knowing that my restaurant has brought soo much energy and a great atmosphere to this neighborhood keeps me motivated . Knowing that I have broken barriers in my Latino community that keeps me motivated . Knowing that I have inspired and paved the way for many latinos to be entrepreneurs that keeps me motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With this money I would be able to try to expand my business , try to hire more people within the community for marinas . I would be able to pay off some my debts that have incurred while opening Marinas .
