My inspiration in business comes from my faith, my family, and my passion for serving others. I am driven by the desire to honor God through my work, create a legacy for my children, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, veterans, and their families. Seeing the impact my business has on improving care, supporting underserved communities, and providing opportunities for others inspires me to keep growing, innovating, and giving back.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose—honoring God, serving others, and creating a lasting impact in my community. My family inspires me daily, and seeing the difference my work makes in the lives of clients and caregivers keeps me driven. I set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and rely on my faith to overcome challenges. Surrounding myself with positive influences, continuously learning, and reminding myself of the lives I'm changing helps me stay energized and focused.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand skilled nursing services, enhance training programs for care professionals, invest in technology for efficiency, and strengthen marketing efforts to reach more seniors and veterans in need. This funding would also support securing certifications and partnerships to access government grants and contracts, allowing us to provide free or subsidized home care services to underserved populations, furthering our mission of equitable care.
