Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business inspiration is driven by America's evolving social landscape and leadership's resistance to change. As employees demand deeper human connection and empathy, traditional command-and-control models remain the norm. My work bridges this critical gap, reimagining leadership for a more emotionally intelligent era that is beyond overdue.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation springs from a desire to transform toxic leadership styles. Driven by personal experience, I aim to fundamentally reshape how we view leadership and workplace culture by teaching emotional intelligence and providing human-centered management training. I am passionate about challenging systemic burnout and hustle culture to create psychologically safe workplaces where employees thrive and do not have to rely on self-care to survive or maintain their mental health.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If selected, the grant funds will be used to support critical business infrastructure: websites, professional tools, and essential legal protections. Beyond business needs, I aim to support animal rescue efforts, reflecting my commitment to broader social impact through volunteering at local shelters and rescues. With 9 rescue animals of my own, I am dedicated to creating positive change both professionally and personally. Thank you for the consideration!
