Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My mother because she taught me how to survive in business and in life she taught me as a single mother how to survive. She taught how to succeed in business through mastering emotional intelligence, thriving in a diverse & inclusive work environment and how to positively move forward in my career.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through breathing, prayer, meditation and by always counting my blessings through my family, my health, love, the little things, etc. I think motivation happens when you change your mindset in a positive manner such as instead of saying "I have to (blank)", you say "I get to (blank)". I also believe that through helping others or doing one kind thing for someone else is motivation because we make an impact on that person's life and world.

What would you do with the $25,000?

One thing for sure I would do is I would save a portion of it for my 2-year-old daughter's future education. I believe that a quality education is something that no one can ever take away from her in her life.
